Sankaku Channel/short dress

A dress (either skin tight or not) whose skirtline doesn't pass beyond the thighs. It will often feature bare shoulders and be accompanied with thighhighs, gloves, or both.
A particularly famous example of short dress is the qipao, a type of chinese clothes.
