Sankaku Channel/screening

Refers to images which were scanned into a computer at (usually) a high resolution, and high DPI[1].

This is a common phrase when referring to Manga. Usually someone buys the manga, takes it home, and scans it in a very detailed, high quality way[1]. From there, they upload these to websites for others to read, or to be translated, then re-uploaded, for others to read[1].
