Definition

Nipple penetration is the act of inserting an object or body part into the milk duct of a nipple, most typically a female breast. This should not be confused with nipple_piercing.

Anatomical Accuracy

Unfortunately for porn everywhere, this is not physically possible. It's a common misconception that milk comes out of a single hole at the tip of the nipple, but a close examination of the nipple (of either sex) will reveal no such hole. Instead, the milk comes out of 15-20 (very) tiny pores on the tip of the nipple.
