Sankaku Channel/moemon

Moemon are athropomorphized pokemon, usually in the form of cute girls. Moemon is a combination of the japanense word 'moe' meaning cute or fetish.

The first moemon project started with Pokemon romhacking in which hackers replaced all the pokemon sprite in game with chibe girls in pokemon costumes. Since then many people have made serveral interpretation of the world of Moemon, mostly on fanfiction.net.

There are also many Artists that drawn various anthropomorphized pokemon, and this is what Moemon emerged from. Most artist are japanse and the majority of such art work depicts females in cosplay. Typically, furry art is not considered Moemon.
