I'll have to write it now: Almost everything is being tagged "loli" nowadays. How's this "loli?" We can't see the face and the body looks developed. There's no apparent lore either. What's the rule of adding the loli tag so often?

She looks more like a teenage to me. The artist is known to draw loli so it is understandable to tag itloli .

It's a pretty tough call. She's slightly developed considering her hips, so as msgundam2 said, she looks more of a late teen-age. And according to what lolicon is considered to be a "young and budding female", this would qualify as loli.

However, it's a tough call because a lot of Asian female bodies feature slightly more petite bodies than other ethnicity. But the majority believes that she loli, so she loli.
