I'll have to write it now: Almost everything is being tagged "loli" nowadays. How's this "loli?" We can't see the face and the body looks developed. There's no apparent lore either. What's the rule of adding the loli tag so often?

She seems really tall for a kid though.

It always looks like this artist is tracing stuff from photos. The lighting always looks so real.

For me she looks well inside the loli spectrum. I'm not starting another discussion as in to the why I'm saying that.

It's a pretty tough call. She's slightly developed considering her hips, so as msgundam2 said, she looks more of a late teen-age. And according to what lolicon is considered to be a "young and budding female", this would qualify as loli.

However, it's a tough call because a lot of Asian female bodies feature slightly more petite bodies than other ethnicity. But the majority believes that she loli, so she loli.

Loli or not loli, That is the question.
