But oh well. Obligatory TL note:
Okyakusan means costumer, guest and visitor. No context, so can't be sure which one it is exactly - went with guest.
Iya technically means that you hate something (find it unpleasant/detestable, whatever). But that hardly works well in a fluent translation, aye? :P
