The riff of a series of ads for Hino Corp's 2-ton trucks - Hino's 2-ton, or in Japanese hino (the company) no ('s) ni (2) ton (ton); a SFX for a hard thing striking something (such as a knife on a cutting board) is /ton/, hence the joke - which is what happens in the ads.
