You're better off not watching the anime and just playing the games...The anime sucked to the point where people were actually starting to send hate mail to the producers...But the games are good. And yes, this still is from the opening for Blazblue: Continuum Shift Extend for the PS Vita and PS3. I know this because I have the Vita version...And yes, that is Noel Vermillion.
