3 months agoOfficially, a P90 is a PDW (Personal Defense Weapon), not a SMG.
At least, I didn't find anything about it being anything other than a PDW.
Also, how is this SAO?

3 months agoa pdw is a combination of a carbine and an smg, shooting high velocity & deep penetrating carbine rifle ammo but having the barrel length and magazine size of an smg.
You could say it's a close quarters combat submachine rifle.
PDW comes from the fact non-combatants (engineers, clerks, cooks, etc) carry these in the field behind front lines in case the enemy manages deep infiltration like the germans did in ww2 during a sneak attack.
