Could there be a separate channel for this kind of stuff? Because I'm part of the group who doesn't want photorealistic 3D child porn in Sankaku Channel.

To be fair, I believe it would be easier and more appropriate to create a new tag 3d loli, or realistic loli.

It shouldn't be posted here at all.. It's actually against the rules.

@Mr.Google: It came from Japan though. And it seems to be a product that's sold there too. I'm, all for people having their own tastes and stuff, but I don't like it when people discriminate against fetishes.

My stance on these "photo-realistic 3D" loli porn is that as long as no real little girls (as in, using real life kiddy porn) were involved in the making of these works, then it should be fine, since said stuff was created from the "mind" and imagination of an artist.

I'm very touchy about freedom of expression and stuff. After all, if EVERYONE bowed to pressure groups and hard-line conservatives, then bikinis would be outlawed in real life and guns in games wouldn't even be a thing.

It's a very thin line to walk on, and to what Mr.Google says I'm inclined to agree (considering it's against the rules); however, Craftlaw isn't wrong about his perspective on this.

Considering that it is against the rules, and shamefully unfortunate that no one actually brought this up; I'd like to ask what course of action should be made about this.

I also find it curious that nobody started to really complain about the image for about a week, and it's even gotten favorited quite a bit since then.
It's only in the last few hours that you guys have become vocal about it.

Let's be honest here. The main reason why you're upset is probably because of the face, since it seems quite realistic (the face's ugly, though, imo). If the face were more "anime-like", I bet nobody would complain, even if the rest of the body were super realistic.

I rarely comment on anything, though I read the comments frequently - but that's me.

This was going good, until Mr.Google lost his/her temper.

So, there is a few rules - three rules to be specific:
1. Don't do anything or post anything that is illegal under U.S. or International law.

2. Spamming, trying to damage this website or deliberately attempting to disrupt traffic to/from the site is not allowed.

3. Always remember SanCom is "Not work safe" and SanCom is not liable if you get in trouble

Now, it's hard to argue whether if this material should be "illegal" considering that these uploads are fictional or based-on-fiction; however, Mr.Google suggests that the Moderators (whoever they are) would fix this problem, and hopefully rid of the uncanny valley of 3D Lolis. Some will argue that these sort of material aren't regulated in certain places in the world, and while that is true especially in this particular case where this short film was released from Japan; it's not inherently good or bad - to say the least.

My point still stands; assuming if the moderators won't do anything, I believe it would be appropriate if this type of material is tagged specifically. [3d loli], [uncanny loli], [nsfl]. Any of these can work, but it's up to the community to do something about this. This way, it'll be easier to manage (in terms of tagging) and help make it easier to blacklist, without accidentally blacklisting others.

As for Gatobrujo's posts of the cosplayers, this post and the posts you referred to are entirely different things. The difference is the level of visual sexuality.

System is bot. But at the same time a user. It's not a person controlling all the uploads of that account.

Several problems with that statement, EpicProdigy: Neither [loli] or [realistic] is used in this post. My suggestion would reduce the three suggested tags you mentioned into one tag - less work for the greater effect. Lastly, I'm not entirely sure how blacklisting works since I don't use it, but I'm pretty sure if blacklisting these tags would also affect other posts that aren't similar to this type of material; practically missing out on some decent uploads.

The loli tag used to be there. Mr. Google just removed it for some reason. And I think it would be better off having the tags separate. You can blacklist a specific set of tags you know instead of just 1. Just put them all on the same line in your blacklist.
Either way I just see this as loli since there are no real girls involved. I'm going to wait until things cool down before I take action beyond changing the tags at the moment though.

I won't claim to be all-knowing regarding the rules, but I'm inclined to support Craftlaw in this matter: As long as no real children were used in making this, it should be considered fiction and art. If this is the case, a proper tag should be used in the future to prevent mix-ups.

If the three stated-above by ChopStix rules are those to go on; as long as this kind of material, I.E. fictive underage porn, is legal in the United States, then it shouldn't be a problem, unless the actual owners of Sankaku has a problem with it.

In short: it would be for the better to just notify them of the matter, presenting both sides of the argument, and then wait and see what happens.

But we don't have a tween tag. And since System is the only one who can approve mass edits we would add a lot of stuff to what already needs done. I'm already having enough issues with getting people to figure out that nudity is explicit. Let alone trying to figure out the difference between a normal 10 year old and a 10 year old that hit puberty at 8. (tweens are complicated...probably the main reason why we don't have it as a tag.)

It's more the argument of whether 3D lolicon uploads should be allowed on SanCom. Now, I've tried looking for the rule stated by System where this sort of material isn't allowed, but alas; I came to no such result. As I suggested before, I believe that this sort of material needs to have a specific tag, but there's been no clear answer to it.

Why a new tag? To make it easier to blacklist.

Either way people seem to have figured out that it doesn't break any laws or site rules so I'm going to take it off of the flagged list.

If you guys want to make a new tag then make one. We have a tag issues post in the forums and one of the mods Alkatorn is pretty active if you want their opinion. Then you guys can blacklist that if you so desire.
