Although built as a battlecruiser, she’s reborn as a fast battleship during the time she served as training ship. Hiei is constructed in Yokosuka Naval Arsenal in 1914, one year after Kongou who is built by Vickers in Britain. Although built in Japan, most of her components are still made by Vickers.
