For whoever needs context, there's a chapter of the manga (forgot the number) where the boys dress up as girls so they could enter the female bathroom. They were in a mission to "take care" (forgot the right word) of the Seven Mysteries of the True Cross Academy, and as part of the mission, the girls had to enter the female bathroom alone, then the boys got worried. Also, for some reason Takara cosplayed as Shiemi (as you can see here).
