Just a general comment on the tag (picked my favourite Taiga pic to post it to though)... isn't taiga_aisaka the wrong way round? Aisaka is her family name and Taiga her given name, IIRC. All other characters are tagged $FAMILYNAME_$GIVENNAME, aren't they?
Where possible first_last is the order preferable. In cases where absolutely no one would search in that order (Hatsune Miku, etc), then the popular order is preferable.
I opted for this after seeing the mess on the other sites... A strict rule leaves too little leeway however, so some discretion is preferable.
