Tha difference between this and tha former is that tha top is covered to varying degrees but tha top is totally decent whereas the bottom half is not and largely resembles the bottom half as it applies to the full-on naked as well as barefoot tags!
ALSO
Now the lower erogenous zones do not HAVE to be visible but the upper erogenous zones DO HAVE to(I know right, DUH)be covered and the character may be twisted/positioned in such a way so as to obscure or even outright cover said zones BUT 4 example this tag doesn't apply if in bed with any quilt(s)/blanket(s)/sheet(s) covering their body!
