Sankaku Channel/barefoot sandals

Barefoot sandals are no shoes at all, they are an adornment on the top of the foot. The sole of the foot stays bare, but if seen directly from above, it looks remotely like a sandal is worn. It has nothing to do with "being barefoot in sandals", that's quite the opposite of "barefoot sandals".
