BDSM is a complex acronym derived from the terms bondage and discipline (B&D, B/D, or BD), dominance and submission (D&s, D/s, or Ds), sadism and masochism (S&M, S/M, or SM)

BDSM is a fetish where there is a (or several) master(s) and a (or several) submissive person/people. The submissive party is submitted to bondage, raep, and punishment, however they were generally also masochists, so they gain pleasure from being disciplined. The master party gains pleasure from keeping the other party submissive, forcing them to do things, tying them up, punishing them by whipping, spanking, or raeping, leading them around on dog leashes, etc.

BDSM is a complex subject which contains many different kinds of sex play, and many different things; however Sankaku seems to be lacking BDSM tagged images, which means most are being mistagged, or there are actually few images which are true BDSM.
