6+girls tag means that the number of girls exceeds number five (it means 6 or more). So a post, especially with a crowd of girls above five (5), like 6,7,8,9 etcetera, should be described with this tag.

the 6+tag is designed to avoid tag like "647girls" but if the specific number of girls is important , you could use both of them (like 6+girls and 13girls)

Also this tag is advice to be used with multiple girls tag.

if the gender of the 6+ charcacters is not significant , you can use , or also use the tag crowd (especially when the crowd is on the background)
