I'd also like to ask who keeps tagging every little pic with even a small dose of "restrained" or "restraining" with "bdsm"...

I'll slap them a friggen new one. There are lines you need to explicitly cross for bdsm to be a tag, and this picture does not cross any of them, starting with the most basic: method of restraint.
Using the tassels from her own outfit does not count as bondage gear, and is a improvisation as this is obviously supposed to be a rape scene.
