Sankaku Channel/What I have to do to get my posts approved?

I was wondering that, all of them is new material but it never gets aproved

Tagging them helps. You've got one post with literally 2 tags.

Tallcat is right; you should tag your posts more than just the character name and the franchise it's from. That said, I went ahead and added some tags to your picture that's been waiting for a year (the same one that had only two tags); feel free to add some more (like the artist, if you know it; I don't have an account with the source site, so I can't go there and research it).

You can use the Tagging Checklist to start with. Some of the tags on there are depriciated (they've been aliased to something else, etc.) and it has some unfinished sections, but it's a good starting point nonetheless. I have it copied to a .txt file, and I have some updated tags on my copy (for example, I now have constricted_pupils added under the "face" section because of your image); I look it over section-by-section when updating tags on any individual images.

I've been meaning to update that wiki page with the newer tags that I've found, but haven't gotten around to it.

You can also look at the Tag Help wiki page to learn how to make a new tag a red "artist" tag, and the Artist Help page shows how to create or edit a wiki entry for an artist, just as an example.

The page says Image not Found, so I don't know how can anyone find the artist.
