is there a possibility to delete post you have uploaded yourself?

Why?

No, it’s not possible. Meanwhile, removing tags from posts is considered vandalism, and will get you banned.

You're operation under the misconception that image posts you've made belong to you because you posted them. Your name only goes on them to give you credit (or blame) for them being added to the site, not to denote ownership or authority over the posts. If you are the original artist (as in drew the original image, not just edited it in some way or screen capped it from a video) there might be a policy in place for copyright holders to have their work removed but if there is I am not familiar with it.

^ What if I uploaded an image (or many by the same artist) and got a message saying he/she doesn't want them on Sankakucomplex and since I uploaded them it's my responsibility to get them removed?

In other words, once I uploaded something, I don't have a say about it anymore? That's about what I suspected and it's the reason why I have not uploaded anything and don't intend to do it before I have asked the original artist and got his/her permission. And so far I haven't asked anybody because it seems that even the original artist may have to jump through hoops to get his work removed. That and the fact that for the initial 20 it's hardly worth the hassle.

There are several artists who post their work that is too hot for dA on p@h€@l directly. Since p@h€@l is rather wary about underage characters (I think that most of fuchurs work got deleted ASAP), Sankakucomplex might be the better (safer) place for such things. HF may be even worse in that respect. But if you're a fan of someone, you don't want to cause him/her trouble. So yeah...
