My upload limit

I want to upload more images but the upload limit won't let me and it's still at 0. How long do I have to wait to upload more?

Your uploads need to be approved before you can upload more. We don’t have people actively approving posts so it can take a while…

I've been trying to be more active in that department, but I'm not going to approve low resolution, low quality unsourced gifs.
