Wouldn't this be unneccesary, as there are many cases of torn pantyhose being associated with a fetish as opposed to being part of a picture with torn clothes?
Not only that, but torn pantyhose is usually attributed to a style aspect of the punk subculture, so it does not neccesarily portray the entirety of the outfit's state of durability and should be taken care of in case-by-cases association.
Pantyhose are clothing, torn_clothes isn’t just about shirts or trousers. There are already thousands of results for torn_pantyhose + torn_clothes: https://chan.sankakucomplex.com/?tags=torn_clothes+torn_pantyhose&commit=Search
Well, my point is more so that while pantyhose are clothing, should it not remain it's own tag for the sake of images that include other undamaged articles of clothing? Or am I misunderstanding how a Implication of tags works?
I’m not sure what you mean. Basically, torn_clothes is sort of a “parent” tag, which every other torn_xxx implies. So when torn_xxx is added, torn_clothes also gets added automatically. That’s what an implication does.
I see... My apologies, I had misinterpreted the meaning of 'Implication' in this situation.
From what you're telling me, the system the Complex runs on will effectively apply similar tags automatically based on the attached tags submitted by users--at times, I feel that a minimum amount of tags should be required for submitting an image--as opposed to my confusion over whether the tag itself would remain within use, or possibly be automatically replaced with the given tag.
