2 years agoKonda, assuming you mean a thumbnail is not displaying in your operating system's explorer, that would be an issue with it failing to generate its own thumbnails for some reason.
If you definitely downloaded the original image successfully to your computer and this is happening, it would most likely be an issue with your operating system and the original image.
Perhaps you could provide some examples and further details if it is still an issue?
