I know it sounds pointless, but what if there was tag for especifically if a girl has only a shirt and panties on?
Or else a single tag that "merges" no_pants, no no_skirt and no_shorts into one (not bottomless, which also includes nopan).

Why are Zoro, Usopp and Franky's skins so light here? They all have rather tan-ish skins.
