It was colored by a different person. It was originally black and white. If you care to, what exactly are you claiming was "covered up"? What element(s) would you claim were "poorly drawn"?

Wait a sec, so because it's not a Japanese style drawing it's badly drawn? You may subjectively not like it for whatever reason but from an artistic standpoint it's actually really well drawn and a bit more detailed/complex than most other hentai drawings...
