靴下 has been corrected. But I'm not sure what is wrong with "ソックス"? Or do you just want an alias for it as well

Those are three different tags... _♥_ should be "heart on forehead" I think, spoken heart is in a speech bubble or similar and "heart" is just indicating the symbol is present. As usual it is essential to add wiki pages explaining the distinctions.

We are allowing special characters for translations at present because anyone with IME can easily type them, unlike with English input.
