Finally, I tried to add the artist (lolibro) to the database but can't, is that function limited to moderators or something? In the changes history there were only a handful of members.

Looks like members can only add artist name and urls. Maybe notes.
If you try to add alias and/or members - "A technical problem has prevented the page from loading."
