Sankaku Channel/Tag Alias: footwear -> legwear

Aliasing footwear -> legwear.

Reason: Standardization. Many types of socks have an implication rule to also be considered legwear, but shoes and boots are implied to be footwear. Both go over the feet, and not all socks go very far up the legs; are footwear and legwear considered equal? If so, I suggest this alias. If not, perhaps socks should imply footwear instead of legwear, and footwear should imply legwear instead of this rule aliasing them to one another.

I agree with that personally, but I’m not sure what the site standard is…
