Sadly not afaik.
Those are a problem. I already addressed this issue ones. The admin attempted to fix it, but it did not work out well in the end. Best thing, for now, is to just ignore those. One or two blacklisted thumbnails in a row of five isn't as bad as 80 blacklisted thumbnails in a list off 200 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
