"haruichi" is definitely a bit too common for artist usage.
"Most used" may not be a relevant guide because tag names get enhanced midway through their history so it is actually the smaller "new" one which is best.

haruichi_(komikal) would be best. With a tag like "haruichi" there may be other usage which may be mixed into tag (mistaken character names, etc.).
