If people would see me looking at this images, and notice the nipple, I would get weird and/or disgusted looks.
If Cirno were a boy though, nothing would have been wrong.

But you cannot ignore the detail that Flandre Scarlet is a girl and She's wearing the same undies as Cirno.

I personally rate most female nipple exposure Q. whether it be a Lady or a Loli.
