Since her nipples are only a small detail of the image and are still covered even if visible, I'd say Q.
I guess Q but I think the current rules say that nipples are always E. So they should probably be changed to say something like “unless it’s a minor detail in the picture”.

I think pictures like Post #4396155 would be made more difficult to rate because the picture on the phone is easily ignored and therefore a minor detail. I could think of other things too. I just don't want to find the pictures since I'm spending time with my wife.
