Thing have change so much from then. I went from hating western and furry art to loving as much as Japanese art. At this point I think I post more western art then Japaneses.

My Level has change so much too. Janitor now I have made this place a little better.

I really want borgling and Grognard to be dead. They always upload poorly tagged posts. I'm so sad, I even changed my avatar to crying Fluttershy kissing a baby dragon.

Thats pretty harsh, but the <5 tag thing bothers me too.

what is the minimum tags can put on a post? we should put some kind of rules about that.

I personally aim to tag atleast 20 tags, but I guess 10 most common general tags are sufficient.

About those video ads that pop up on every page, are those part of some trial, temporary or is the site planning on keeping them? I personally can't stand the sight of them or the fact that their being shoved into my face and a blacklist won't help like it usually does when you see stuff you hate on image sites. I know if its working for the site it won't change cause some nobody is unhappy. I just want to know if I have to quit trying to browse or if I just have to wait a bit for them to go away.

Also, am I the only one who has a problem with these? I didn't see any other complaints.

get Firefox and adblocker you will see them gone.

There are no pop-up ads (and never will be - you can report any as abusive ads). Just normal ads, and since those are the only thing keeping this site around blocking them is not terribly wise.

Yeah, I hate people who go around advocating the use of adblocking software. You’re not just leeching off content from websites, you also don’t care to help them for very little effort?

When I say "pop-up" I mean 'appear'. They're just ads. For live action porn videos. And they play the actual videos on a rectangular screen with text at the sides; that's the whole ad. And there may be as many as 3 of them where the ads for things like Character Idols and manga always go so they're hard to avoid seeing. So not pop-up ads, just live action porn video ads on almost every page I open. I don't want to mooch (and the rest of the ads here are fine anyway) but I just hate having to look at these particular ads/videos. But if it's really just me then this just got more complicated...

I normally don't even consider it, when an anime image site features the kind of ads I'm talking about I just don't use them...

Edit: One clean later and they're still there... They really are set up just like the regular ads, in the same position on the page, so I don't get how they aren't there for everyone.

what browser are you using? it could be that.

There have been adult network ads running for months, whilst you do sound overly sensitive about them you should normally be seeing a mixture. Complain again if you are still seeing them after a few days and we will investigate, it may be transient or an issue on your end.

The traditional ads barely cover the server costs so we can't really resist these, 3D though they may be. Nice anime-related ads don't work, anime companies barely advertise and the only companies clamouring for the traffic are porn meganetworks, it is depressing really.

We'll introduce premium membership tiers a little later so we can let you turn them off completely for $5 a month or whatever without us being bankrupted, having to carpet bomb users with ads or making you poor souls endure the gnawing guilt of blocking them.
