His name is Four. I found it with one right click and two left clicks. I don't mean to be condescending, but it's really easy to find these things.

I did an IQDB search (of which there's a Chrome extension which adds it to the context menu when you right-click an image) and went to this site where it had the character tag http://www.zerochan.net/1938184

I would recommend using this in the future as it's SUPER helpful :)

It's there because that's the character's design. As an artist you're supposed to be able to tell as much as you can about your character using visuals. Whatever striped pantsu is supposed to convey is what he's trying to say.

Also I'm sure it helps for cosplay.

I personally hate this and don't think it's very good, but we still keep this kind of content, correct?

The "fanart" tag and "fanart_from_pixiv" tags are unnecessary as all art of copyrights that aren't official would be fan art (99% of the site) and Pixiv is already listed as the source.

If it's a stitch then just give it the stitch tag. If there are multiple versions, tag the original as the parent. I don't see the need to tag things for what they don't have.

I put so many hours into the game. There is so much content and things to unlock. If you're a fan of Musou games I highly recommend considering a WiiU purchase.
