Holy moly, never seen this many comments on a single post before. I won't claim to be all-knowing regarding the rules, but I'm inclined to support Craftlaw in this matter: As long as no real children were used in making this, it should be considered fiction and art. If this is the case, a proper tag should be used in the future to prevent mix-ups. If the three stated-above by ChopStix rules are those to go on; as long as this kind of material, I.E. fictive underage porn, is legal in the United States, then it shouldn't be a problem, unless the actual owners of Sankaku has a problem with it. In short: it would be for the better to just notify them of the matter, presenting both sides of the argument, and then wait and see what happens. Kind regards,
